Data deletion

If you were sent here by Facebook after asking for your data to be deleted, your link includes a confirmation code. Open that link again to see the status of that request, or email us the code at pombihq@gmail.com.

If you are a business that uses Pombi: you can delete your business from Settings in your dashboard. That deletes the business record and the customer data held with it. Disconnecting an integration (Google, Square, QuickBooks) revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens immediately.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Pombi: the business is the controller of that information. Contact the business directly, or email us at pombihq@gmail.com and we will support them in responding. On request we erase the words — transcripts, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes — from every record that carries them.

• One thing deliberately survives an erasure: an opt-out. If you replied STOP, we keep the suppression so you are not texted again.
• Conversation content is automatically purged 365 days after the conversation on every channel, whether or not you ask.
